How to use a template.
Sending a special video mail?
Choose from our selection of templates, for any mood or occasion!
After logging in to your account, select Message Templates from the navigation sidebar.
This page will display all of the templates you have created.
To see templates the Cheers Video Mail design team has created, click on the Template Type drop-down and select System and then click on the search button.
Preview any of the templates by hovering your mouse over the template or by clicking on the image.
Click on the drop-down to View the template, Copy to New Template, Start New Message, or View in Empty Window.
You can also sort through the templates using the search area at the top.
Filter by Business Domain, such as personal and professional.
Filter by Category such as birthday, announcement, or invitation.
Filter by Template Style such as postcard, announcement, or newsletter.
Another way to use a template, is to insert it directly into your message.
Any time you are composing a message, simply click the Insert Template icon to choose a template you would like to insert into your message.
The following dialogue box will appear.
Select a template and click insert!
Or double-click the template to insert it. You can replace any existing templates by checking the overwrite all content box.
Now that you have a template in place, you can customize it as you please, using the editor.
You can add a video from your library by first clicking on the video placeholder and then clicking on the video icon.
Or, you can record a new video to insert into your email.
Once you are done, you can either Save and Send your video mail right away.
Or you can Save and Schedule it for a later date.
Congratulations! You are ready to use a template.
