How to create a group.
Creating a group in Cheers Video Mail helps you send an email to a large number of people without missing anyone.
To create a group, click on Contacts and select Segments and Groups from the left navigation sidebar.
Click Create New Group at the top of the page.
The following page will display. Create a title for the group you want to create.
Give this group a description to help you identify them. This field is optional to fill out.
Click save to create the group.
To add a contact, click on Add Contacts.
The following dialog box will display. Simply check off the contacts you would like to add to this specific group.
Then click Add Selected.
You can send a message to this group immediately by clicking on Send Message to Group.
Alternatively, when you have selected groups on the left navigation sidebar, you can click the drop-down on the edit button.
From here you can edit or send message to group.
How to add a group when composing a message.
Click on the group icon.
Select the group(s) that you would like to send this message to. Then click on add selected groups contacts.
Congratulations!
You have successfully created a group and inserted it into your video message.
